Purchasing products offered on the plenished.au website is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale (‘Terms and Conditions of Sale’).

Orders may be made on the plenished.au website by consumers purchasing goods other than for resale. The resale or distribution of Plenished products purchased on the plenished.au website is prohibited.

Ordering Online & Shipping Fees

At the end of the ordering process, you are invited to click the ‘Pay’ button to confirm your order.

Once your order has been transmitted to Plenished, you will receive, by return email, an order summary.

The data registered by the plenished.au website regarding an order will be conclusive proof of the transactions conducted between Plenished and its customers. In the event of a dispute between Plenished and its customer about an order made on the plenished.au website, the data registered by Plenished will be conclusive proof of the transaction details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact hello@plenished.au

When your order has been dispatched, you may receive another email with the estimated delivery time. Note that not all orders will be subject to tracking functionalities.

Please note that orders in Australia may be subject to variable shipping charges and delivery times. Such shipping charges will be communicated to You during the check-out process on the plenished.au website.

Whilst we do our best to communicate an estimated delivery time for each order placed, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery dates as our third-party logistics providers and couriers handle these.

Refund Policy & 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We introduced our 30-day money-back guarantee because if you're unhappy, we're not satisfied. If you have purchased our products from plenished.au, we'll happily refund you if you're unsatisfied. We ask that you use the product for at least 30 days and contact customer service at hello@plenished.au if you need help or have any queries on how to use the product best.

If you're still unsatisfied, we'll process your full refund to the original payment method. We ask that you return any unused product to us via registered post so we can reuse, recycle, or safely dispose of the returned goods as appropriate. After all, we do our best to reduce waste.

Warranty Claim

Plenished products should be free from defects. If your Plenished product is defective, we will happily replace it free of charge. Refunds will not be considered. 

Delivery

All orders received will be dispatched up to 3 business days after processing the order for standard delivery. (Depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation). Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, our courier partner servicing your area of residence may leave a notice for a collection card with details of how to collect your delivery. To ensure your order is secure and undamaged, our delivery company may be unable to leave your order hidden at the address. 

For delivery to some rural and semi-rural areas, our courier partner may have delivery operations and no capability to deliver with a signature. In such cases, a card will also be left with pick-up details. To ensure that addresses are correct and that our delivery company has all the right details, please check that all shipping information is correct.

Re-Direction Of Parcels

We are unable to redirect orders once products have been dispatched.

Product Availability

Plenished offers of products and prices are valid as of the date they are displayed on the plenished.au website but are subject to availability. Instructions concerning the availability of the products will be given at the time of order. In some circumstances, errors as to the availability of products may arise, especially in case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. Suppose a product is not available after the placement of an order. In that case, you will be notified of its unavailability by email. Another product shown on the plenished.au website may be suggested as a substitute, or you may wish to wait for the availability of your order or cancel your order.

If you cancel your order, you will be promptly refunded the purchase price if your bank account has been debited.

Plenished accepts no liability for any claims or damages in the event of stock outage or unavailability of products.

Plenished reserves the right to change at any time, and without any previous notice, the products displayed on the plenished.au website.

Problems With Delivery

Please make sure that your shipment is correct on delivery. Suppose there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered. In that case, you should note the nature of the discrepancy (for example – an open package or damaged goods), if possible, on the delivery notice and sign the notice.

If the products do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them, you may return them, exchange them or request a refund in accordance with the provisions set out in the ‘Returns – Exchanges – Refunds’ section of these Sale Terms and Conditions’.

(a) in the case of goods - the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;

(b) in the case of services – supply of the services again; or the payment of the cost of having the services resupplied.

Plenished does not guarantee or represent that:

(a) plenished.au website is free from viruses, worms, trojan horses or other destructive material; or

(b) the information on the plenished.au website is accurate, complete or up to date.

Each party irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the State of New South Wales courts and the courts competent to determine appeals from those courts with respect to any proceedings that may be brought at any time relating to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment And Pricing 

The prices of Plenished products are indicated in Australian Dollars $AUD (including taxes but excluding delivery costs) depending on your resident country.

Plenished reserves the right to change the prices of products offered on the plenished.au website at any time without prior notice to you. You will be charged the prices displayed on the plenished.au website at the time your order was confirmed, provided the products ordered were available at that time.

You must pay for any order placed on the plenished.au website immediately upon confirmation of your order. We only accept payment by PAYPAL or credit card. You can use gift certificates issued by Tirtyl to purchase items offered on the plenished.au website.

All orders are payable in Australian Dollars $AUD. The payment methods we accept are displayed at the bottom of the plenished.au website. We will dispatch your order once we have verified your payment method and received the authorisation to process your payment.

Your credit or credit card will only be debited when your order is dispatched. If any of the products in your order are unavailable, we will only charge you the prices, taxes and delivery costs for the products available.
