We offer complimentary delivery on all orders. That's right, FREE DELIVERY, with no minimum spend.

The Packaging for our Laundry Detergent Slips has been thoughtfully designed, by Maria, to qualify as a regular letter via Australia Post. This allows for cheaper and more efficient shipping times, and eliminates unnecessary packaging materials.

For single purchases of Laundry Detergent Slips, Orders within New South Wales, please allow up to 4 business days (depending on origin and destination) and 3-6 business days for other States (depending on origin and destination)

Wholesale orders within Eurobodalla and Bega Valley Shire will be delivered by our founders, free of charge as we want to take the opportunity to personally meet and thank our stockists. 

Wholesale orders (not within Eurobodalla and Bega Valley Shire) will be sent via Parcel Post. The cost is automatically calculated based on the weight of items in your cart.

Please make sure to triple check your delivery address is entered correctly as we have no way to verify it and orders are sent to the exact address as entered.

Ordering  / Shipping Process

At the end of the ordering process, you are invited to click the ‘Pay’ button to confirm your order.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive, by return email, an order summary.

The data registered by the plenished.au website regarding an order will be conclusive proof of the transactions conducted between Plenished and its customers. In the event of a dispute between Plenished and its customer about an order made on the plenished.au website, the data registered by Plenished will be conclusive proof of the transaction details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact hello@plenished.au

When your order has been dispatched, you may receive another email with the estimated delivery time. Note that not all orders will be subject to tracking functionalities.

Whilst we do our best to communicate an estimated delivery time for each order placed, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery dates as our couriers handle these.

We aim to have your order dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Standard Shipping is non-trackable through Australia Post.
