Refund policy

We introduced our 30-day money-back guarantee because if you're unhappy, neither are we. If you have purchased our products from plenished.au, we'll happily refund you if you're unsatisfied. 

We ask that you use the product for at least 30 days and if you're still unsatisfied, we'll process your full refund to the original payment method. We'd like to ask you to please return any unused product to us via registered post (at your expense) so we can reuse the returned goods where appropriate. After all, we do our best to reduce waste.
